Global Mobility & Corporate Experts (“Global Mobility) assumes no responsibility for the security of the connection or devices you use to communicate and browse this website.

GLOBAL MOBILITY cannot be held liable for any physical or moral damage caused by visiting or displaying the electronic platforms used within GLOBAL MOBILITY or by downloading and using any information, including text, images, videos or files on these platforms.

 GLOBAL MOBILITY agreement is required to connect these electronic platforms used in GLOBAL MOBILITY with other platforms. GLOBAL MOBILITY does not assume responsibility for any unauthorized electronic platforms with which it may be connected, nor for materials posted on them by persons other than those authorized.

Privacy policy regarding personal data

The privacy policy refers to the method of collection and use of personal data provided by you on the electronic platforms used within GLOBAL MOBILITY.

Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable person is that person identifiable, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification element, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more specific elements, own physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

 This Privacy Policy covers the personal data of GLOBAL MOBILITY community members, partner institutions, candidates and others who come into contact with us or visit our locations, employees or employees, collaborators and apply to personal data, personally collected by: e-mail, directly at GLOBAL MOBILITY offices, various forms, CVs, video recordings, website, social media, etc.

 The electronic platforms used in GLOBAL MOBILITY are based on technologies that allow the collection of certain technical information about you: your internet address, the operating system used, the geographical location, the type of internet browser, information about the traffic you make on the electronic platforms used within GLOBAL MOBILITY etc. All this information collected through these electronic platforms used within GLOBAL MOBILITY aims to help improve the services offered.

GLOBAL MOBILITY will not disclose personal or identifying data to any third party except with the express permission of users or when there is a legal obligation to do so.

GLOBAL MOBILITY respects the personal character and security of the processing of personal data of each person who visits the electronic platforms used within GLOBAL MOBILITY.

·      access right - allows you to obtain confirmation that your personal data are processed by us and, if so, what are the relevant details of these processing activities;

·      right of rectification - allows you to rectify your personal data if they are incorrect;

·      right to deletion - allows you to obtain the deletion of your personal data in certain cases, such as:

o   if the data are no longer necessary in connection with the purposes for which they were collected;

o   if the processing was based on your consent and if you withdrew your consent, your consent has expired or if there is no longer a legal basis for the processing of your personal data;

o   a court or regulatory authority has ruled that your personal data in question should be deleted;

o   if it turns out that your personal data has been processed illegally

·      right to restriction - allows you to obtain the restriction on the processing of your personal data in certain cases (for example, when you challenge the accuracy of your personal data, for a period that allows us to verify this accuracy);

·      right to object - allows you to object to the subsequent processing of your personal data under the conditions and limits established by law;

·      the right to data portability - allows you to receive the personal data you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and legible format, or to transmit this data to another data controller.

Modification and deletion of personal data

Please notify GLOBAL MOBILITY immediately of any inaccuracies between the information displayed on the electronic platforms used within GLOBAL MOBILITY and personal data. Please also report any unauthorized, improper or illegal use of information from electronic platforms used in GLOBAL MOBILITY.
