Gabriela has over 16 years of experience as a permanent Legal Adviser. During this period, she specialised in Labour Law, Taxation, Corporate Consulting and GDPR, with a particular focus on immigration and international mobility, human resources and labour disputes.

Gabriela has provided consultancy to dozens of companies, multinational organisations, covering a wide range of business sectors including automotive, IT, oil industry, building materials, civil engineering and real estate development, FMCG and retail.

Throughout her career, the director of Global Mobility & Corporate Experts coordinated the procedures for hiring and / or obtaining the right to stay in Romania for more than 2,000 foreign employees from non-EU and EU countries, but she also managed hundreds of procedures for cross-border relocation of Romanian employees, both to EU and non-EU countries, including the USA. Gabriela’s area of ​​expertise includes Civil and Commercial Law.

Dana Constantin, HR & Payroll Partner

Dana has worked in both the private and public sectors for a wide variety of businesses including IT, healthcare, retail, education, media, and charitable organizations. Her experience in HR started with her Master's Degree from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies where she focused on Human Resource Management.

The most important thing for Dana is to deliver reliable and efficient services. Also, she can provide advice to clients at both a strategic and operational level, covering a broad range of HR issues spanning the entire employment relationship.
