Labour Law

• Provide assistance in negotiating and finalising Collective Labour Agreements, followed by their registration with the Territorial Labour Inspectorate.

• Correlate the Labour Law with special immigration legislation when hiring foreign citizens from non-EU countries.

• Advise on and implement termination of individual and collective employment.

Human Resources

• Draft or revise Internal Regulations.

• Draft labour contracts and additional documents; draft job descriptions.

• Assist on disciplinary research.

• Support with abolition of posts.

Payroll

• Calculate wages and record monthly and annual tax returns.

• Register new employee contracts with the Territorial Labour Inspectorate and with tax authorities for tax payments.

• Create staff folders.
